ADDITIONAL ONLINE ENTRIES CAN BE MADE BY CLUB CONTACTS FOR MATCH TWO up to MID-NIGHT ON WEDNESDAY THE 7TH NOVEMBER. INDIVIDUALS SHOULD CHECK THE ENTRY LISTS TO SEE IF THEY HAVE BEEN ENTERED – IF NOT THEY MUST ENTER THROUGH THEIR CLUB.
