We held our annual AGM at Sport City…Monday 14th April.
Val Brennan will be sharing the minutes with all club reps.
Ruth Bardsley has been on the Working Party Team for many years, in addition to many other roles over the years. Ruth looks after medics, marshals, and course maps. Ruth is standing down from the role, and we are seeking a replacement. Please do share and discuss with your colleagues. We will have a smooth hand over and Ruth will work with her replacement for a smooth transition.
On a personal level, we all owe Ruth a huge appreciation. Thank you Ruth.
With regards to myself and having had the opportunity to Chair the League for circa 12 years, a fresh pair of eyes & set of hands is always good…I am happy to carry on as Chair until we have a replacement, but am asking that any person(s) interested in taking over, do contact me. Likewise when that happens, we will work together until the new incumbent us happy in the role.
